Getting a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) can take time and feel uncertain. Researchers at The University of Queensland are running a short, anonymous online survey to learn from people’s own experiences of the path to an MS diagnosis: when symptoms first started, how people sought help, which health professionals and tests were involved, how communication with clinicians felt, and how any delay affected them. The aim is to understand where delays happen and what could make the path to diagnosis clearer, faster and more supportive.
The survey takes about 15–20 minutes and can be completed online, on your own device, at a time that suits you. It does not ask for your name, contact details or any other identifying information. You can skip any question or stop at any time before submitting. There are no interviews, clinic visits, samples or costs, and no payment is offered.
