Brief summary

These interviews are part of a larger project titled ‘Assessing the impact of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)’, funded by MS Australia. It is the first of its kind to produce an overview of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) access for people with multiple sclerosis in Australia. These interviews will explore the challenges and opportunities experienced as part of applying for and managing a NDIS plan.

Inclusion criteria
  • People who are or have been employed in a role that involves assisting PwMS with applying for and/or managing an NDIS plan. This could include those such as NDIS Local Area Coordinators, MS nurses, neurologists, or those working at organisations such as MS Plus.
Exclusion Criteria
  • Those who have never been employed in a role assisting PwMS with applying for or managing an NDIS plan.
  • Those outside of Australia.
  • Those under 18 years old.
