Brief Summary

Join the HeARTS Global Survey!

Are you living with multiple sclerosis (MS)? Your experience matters! The HeARTS global survey, coordinated by the European Network for Research and Best Practice in MS Rehabilitation (RIMS), aims to better understand physical activity levels in people with MS across all abilities and countries.

Your input will help health professionals create more realistic and useful programs to promote physical activity for people with MS.

The survey is anonymous, confidential, and has received full ethical approval.

It covers topics like your daily activity, use of technology (like fitness trackers), and your personal motivations.

The survey takes about 30–40 minutes, and you can complete it in multiple sittings.

Results will be shared with MS Australia, the RIMS network, and published in scientific journals—helping to shape future care and support.

Anyone diagnosed with MS is invited. Participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time before submitting your answers.

Make your voice count—help us improve MS rehabilitation worldwide!
