Brief Summary

Measuring sleep well is not straightforward. In this study, we would like to work out how to best measure sleep in people with MS, and we would like to seek your feedback on the acceptability of different ways of measuring sleep. The different ways of measuring include using an activity monitor (a research grade FitBit worn on the wrist), a symptom tracker app, a sleep diary and questionnaires.
This will provide information for researchers and clinicians working to develop new treatments for poor sleep in people living with MS.
