Brief Summary

Researchers at The University of Queensland are seeking young adults aged 18–25 years with a diagnosed chronic health condition to participate in a study exploring how healthcare responsibilities are managed during emerging adulthood. The study aims to understand whether young adults manage healthcare independently or share responsibilities with others, such as parents, family members, partners, friends, or healthcare professionals. Participation involves completing an online survey that takes approximately 10 minutes. Some participants may also be invited to take part in an optional follow-up interview lasting up to 60 minutes. Findings will help improve understanding of support needs for young adults living with chronic health conditions.
