Brief Summary

A research group at Deakin University is inviting people aged 18 years and over with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) to share their experiences of diagnosis and management within the Australian healthcare system. Taking part involves completing a short online survey (about 10 minutes) about your demographic and health information to check your eligibility. If you’re eligible, you’ll be invited to take part in a one-hour online interview about your healthcare experiences.

Inclusion Criteria
  • Aged 18 years or older.
  • Confirmed diagnosis of MS or IBD.
  • Have accessed the Australian healthcare system for diagnosis or management.
Exclusion Criteria
  • Unable to speak, read, or understand English proficiently.
