This research explores patient experiences of flares in their autoimmune diseases. We are interested in how patients define disease flares, the triggers and preventers of flares and the order of symptoms in flares. Through this research, we aim to improve understanding, recognition and early treatment for flares in autoimmune diseases.

To take part, participants need to complete an online survey which takes approximately 45 minutes and has been designed by a group of patients, researchers and clinicians. The survey can be completed online via Qualtrics using this link https://bit.ly/4kOQeyg
