The study will test a newly developed mobile app prototype for personalised food guidance. You will be asked to participate in a screening questionnaire, using the prototype app for a duration of one week using your smartphone, and an audio-recorded session (face-to-face or online) with the researchers to explore your opinions on the prototype.
